As it turns out I'm pretty bad at html and css. I'm still learning and improving every time I log on to Neocities. That being said I've referenced a lot of other sites and directly used the code of one to build off of. I want to eventually make a theme all my own with hand made assets etc, etc, etc... but for now I'm stuck borrowing.
Site Foundation - Like I said I'm very new to HTML and CSS so I built this site off of the bones of "nuange.neocitites.org" because it was simple as I believe it was a stand in page for their normal site as they have left neocities.
